Hexagon head structural bolt, EN14399-4-HV, certificate 3.1B, 10.9, tZn, M27 x 125

High-strength, pre-tensioned construction bolts in accordance with EU Regulation №305 / 2011.
EN 14399-4 defines at the same time as EN 14399-1 and EN 14399-2 the requirements for joints of high-strength structural bolts and nuts of the HV system. Bolted joints in accordance with this European Standard are designed to allow a preload of at least 0.9f_ub×A_s according to EN 1993 1 8 (Eurocode 3) and to obtain ductility mainly by plasticity deformation of the engaging threads. For this purpose, the components have the following characteristics:
- Thread size from M12 to M36
- nut height approximately 0.8 d;
- bolt with short thread length.
- Large surface of the bolts under the head, which reduces the surface pressure and adjustment
- Large radius of the bolt under the head with improved fatigue strength, as well as a less cutting effect
- Batch marking of the product in order to clear the report from the inspection or certificate
- Last but not least, the CE marking. In this case, these joints must be harmonized according to the European standard EN 14399-1.
